Harvest: Hand-picked from Hush Heath’s
vineyards, late September 2017.
Varieties: Classic sparkling wine trio: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier
Winemakers: Owen Elias & Victoria Ash.
Cool fermentation at 14°C to 16°C in
stainless steel with selected yeasts
encourages an aromatic and fruit
forward style of wine. Cold sterile fi ltered
into clear Burgundy bottles on site,
sealed with a screw cap for freshness.
Also available in magnum (150cl) format.
Appearance: Delicate, pale Provençal
Nose: Intensely aromatic, with ripe pear,
red berry fruit and wild herbs.
Palate: Dry and crisp, bursting with stone
fruits, redcurrant and strawberry.
Ageing Potential: Enjoy now.
Food Pairings: Excellent with seafood,
salads and soft cheeses.
